What’s the Role About?

You’ll be right at the heart of our operations — leading by example, inspiring our kitchen team, and ensuring every meal we deliver is packed with flavour, care, and nutrition. From working alongside apprentices to assisting in managing kitchen flow, you’ll bring energy, experience, and heart to everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • 5+ years post-qualification industry experience
  • Working with Vulnerable People Card, or the ability to obtain one (required)
  • A passion for food, community, and minimising food waste
  • Experience working with trainees and apprentices
  • A natural team player with great communication and leadership skills
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred)
  • First Aid Certificate (preferred)
  • Budgeting and costing experience is a bonus
  • Full working rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only)
