Job summary

The Pocket Espresso Bar in Moffat Beach, QLD is seeking a dependable chef to join our busy coastal kitchen. This casual role offers up to 35 hours per week with no split shifts and wages under the Restaurant Award, depending on skill and experience.

You will maintain food quality, follow prep, cleaning, safety and compliance systems, and work smoothly with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to keep service running on busy days.

About the role

You’ll work across our kitchen keeping food quality and presentation consistent, shift after shift. You’ll follow our systems for prep, cleaning, safety and compliance, and work smoothly alongside the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team to keep service running well on busy trading days.
