City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a passionate Part-Time Chef to join the Waterhole Bar & Bistro at Kalgoorlie Golf Course. Set against one of Australia’s top golf courses, you’ll prepare and present high-quality meals and help deliver weddings, corporate functions and events.

Permanent part-time role with pro rata salary from AU$86,477.26; work across bistro service, weekends and big events, with a supportive team and opportunities for menu development and professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant commercial cookery qualifications.
• Minimum of three years' experience as a chef.
• Passion for great food, creativity and presentation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm under kitchen heat and work across services.

• What's Cooking? Working alongside our Head Chef, you'll:

• A minimum of three years' experience working as a Chef.
• A passion for great food, creativity and beautiful presentation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and ability to stay cool when the kitchen heats up!
• Great teamwork, communication and leadership skills.
• Flexibility to work across bistro service, weekends and special events.
• A strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations.
