ALH Hotels is seeking a passionate Chef for the Pacific Hotel in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will play a pivotal role in crafting memorable dining experiences, leading high-quality dishes, and contributing to a safe, guest-centric culture.

Ideal candidates bring trade cooking qualifications, a strong work ethic, and excellent organisation and communication. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team spirit at ALH.

About The Role

Chef | Pacific Hotel | Dream big with us!

A Day In The Life Of a Chef

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high quality dishes that “WOW” our guests

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
