Job summary

Mecwacare on the Mornington Peninsula is seeking a Chef for a permanent full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, ordering supplies, planning menus, and managing food costs.

You will monitor dish quality and ensure hygiene standards while supporting front-of-house teams and staff training. Experience of at least 2 years in a relevant role is required; visa nomination may be considered for eligible applicants.
