SSP Australia is seeking a Chef to join our Gold Coast team on a full-time basis. You will work with a professional Head Chef and experienced culinary team, bringing a can-do attitude and commitment to outstanding results.

This role offers an immediate start for the right candidate, with staff meals, on-site parking, ongoing training, and a collaborative culture within a leading global hospitality company. Strong food safety knowledge and leadership in training are valued.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years' experience as a Chef in a similar role.
• Certificate IV or higher in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Essential).
• Knowledge in WHS Compliance and strong understanding of food safety and practices.
• A high standard of food preparation, presentation and service.
• A passion for food and eagerness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Excellent time management, strong communication and collaborative work mentality.
• A lively personality and positive attitude.
