Job summary

Liliana's Trattoria in Queensland is seeking a Chef de Partie through The Hospitality Crew. You will lead a section, mentor apprentices, and contribute to menu development and presentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is beneficial!
• Have the confidence and professionalism to lead a section and mentor junior chefs, including Apprentices
• Creativity around menu development and food presentation
