Qualifications

• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification.
• Passion for the industry.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and production of hot and cold dishes for the outlet.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining quality, consistency and production.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and staff in food prep.
• Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements for service.
• Ensure proper portion, arrangement and presentation with attention to detail.
• Maintain organised, clean sections to run efficiently during service.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to exceed guest expectations.
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence.
• Assist the team with preparation and execution during service periods.
• Maintain strong food safety and property standards.
