Job summary

Welcome Hospitality Pty is recruiting Chef de Partie across three Coffs Coast venues: Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel. You’ll work with an experienced kitchen team to deliver consistently great pub meals, running your section and upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.

We’re seeking candidates with strong prep, presentation and organisational skills, a positive, team-first attitude and reliable communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
• Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong food preparation, presentation and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to quality and consistency
• A positive, team-first approach
• Good communication and reliability
• Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends

Responsibilities

We’re looking for talented Chefs de Partie to join our kitchen teams across three of our Coffs Coast venues – Toormina Hotel, Sawtell Hotel and Moonee Beach Hotel.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you’ll play an important role in delivering consistently great food in a busy pub environment.

You’ll be responsible for running your section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, supporting the wider kitchen team and helping deliver a smooth service when things get busy.

We’re looking for chefs who take pride in what they do, enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive attitude to the kitchen.
