Work in a winery kitchen where you can contribute creatively, keep developing your skills and be part of a team that genuinely values what you bring.
Cupitt’s Estate is a working winery, farm and restaurant just minutes from some of the South Coast’s best beaches. Our kitchen covers an award-winning Dining Room, relaxed Wine Garden, weddings and events – so you won’t be cooking the same menu, week in, week out.
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who is confident managing their own section and ready for their next opportunity.
We want our chefs to contribute, not simply reproduce someone else’s ideas. You’ll have opportunities to bring your creativity to dishes and menus, work with seasonal produce and learn from an experienced kitchen team.
And because you’re working at a winery, food is only part of the picture. You’ll have the chance to learn about wine and food pairing directly from our winemaking and Cellar Door teams, right here on the Estate.
Outside of work, you’ll be living on the NSW South Coast – where a surf or swim before your shift is pretty normal around here, and there’s a thriving local food and drink scene to explore on your days off.
Cupitt’s is also a family-owned business. You’re not just another person on the roster. Our team plays an important role in what we do, and we want people to have the opportunity to contribute, develop and grow with us.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section through prep and service, maintaining consistently high standards while working closely with the rest of the kitchen and Front of House teams.
We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen, but attitude matters too. You’ll be positive, hardworking and willing to learn, with the initiative to see what needs doing and get on with it.
There’s room here to keep developing your skills, take on more responsibility and have a genuine influence on the food we serve.
Cupitt’s Estate is a family-owned winery, restaurant, accommodation and events destination on the NSW South Coast.
Our kitchen sits at the heart of a working Estate, alongside our vineyard, winery and farm. That creates plenty of opportunities for our chefs to learn about wine and food pairing, work collaboratively across the business and be part of something a little different from a stand‑alone restaurant.
If you’re looking for a kitchen where you can do good work, have a creative voice and build the next stage of your career – while making the most of life on the South Coast – we’d love to hear from you.
