Nestled among the rolling hills of the Barossa Valley, this family-owned winery has become a renowned destination for its outstanding hospitality, premium wines, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. The estate features a bustling restaurant, pizzeria, cellar door, and large-scale function space, drawing both locals and visitors to enjoy a true Barossa experience. The team takes pride in using fresh local produce, including ingredients sourced from their own kitchen gardens and orchards.

The Role

Working closely with an experienced Head Chef and Sous Chef, the Chef de Partie will play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes. This is a hands-on position ideal for a skilled CDP or ambitious Junior Sous Chef looking to take the next step in their career.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and executing dishes across multiple outlets including restaurant, pizzeria, and functions
  • Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency during service
  • Supporting menu development and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Working collaboratively within a close-knit kitchen team
  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Skills and Experience
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent trade qualification)
  • Previous experience in a la carte dining and function service
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to high culinary standards
