Job Description:

As a Chef de Partie at King Clarence, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the exceptional reputation of our restaurant.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section
  • Demonstrating expertise in adhering to NSW regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, including a strong understanding of HACCP management.
  • Assisting in the supervision of food hygiene practices
  • Offering guidance and support to Demi Chefs, Commis Chefs, and Kitchen Porters (KPs)
  • Vigilantly monitoring portion control and waste reduction
  • Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards, overseeing their upkeep
About You:

If this is the right role for you, it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar, ideally a fast-paced, hatted restaurant.

You must be able to display strong technical skills while at the same time communicating effectively with all stakeholders.

You will also display the following attributes:
