What you'll do:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
What you'll have:
- Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces and/or breakfast
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- A valid Working with Children Check is highly recommended but not essential
