What you'll do:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu and culinary standards
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food hygiene regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
What you'll have:
  • Experience in multiple areas of the kitchen such as butchery, poultry, seafood, pastry, salad, canapes, stocks and sauces and/or breakfast
  • Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • A valid Working with Children Check is highly recommended but not essential
