Role Overview

As a Wok Chef at Mickey Wongs you’ll be the heart of the action—crafting wok-charred noodle and rice dishes with flair and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of noodle and rice dishes—including Sweet & Sour chicken, crispy chilli beef, spice bags, and chow mein dishes.
  • Execute dishes with precise timing, tempo, and wok-char technique to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked during service, following food safety and health regulations.
  • Work as part of the kitchen team—supporting peers, communicating clearly, and helping maintain a flow that’s as smooth as our sauces.
  • Continuously learn and adapt, embracing menu innovations and seasonal specials as they arise.
