Located in Piara Waters, the CY O'Connor Precinct is home to four outlets, including C.Y. O'Connor Pub, Tilly's Garden cocktail bar, The Steak House restaurant and Paperbark Burger Co.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team in the day-to-day operation
  • Ensure dishes are prepared with care, presentation and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation
  • Support training and mentoring of Junior staff, helping build a positive team culture
  • Able to work multiple sections and flexible hours

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally a pub, restaurant or casual dining venue
  • Standout attention to detail and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, while still managing to crack a smile
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Have a Food Safety Handler's certificate
