We are seeking experienced Chefs to join our teams at Randwick Barracks and Victoria Barracks. You'll work alongside experienced hospitality professionals, preparing quality meals and contributing to exceptional dining experiences in a structured and rewarding environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare high-quality meals in a bulk cooking environment
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Support stock control, ordering and kitchen operations
• Ensure quality, portion control and food presentation
• Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
• Support meal services and functions as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Experience in commercial kitchens or catering environments
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable, team-focused and able to work in structured environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
