• Proven experience in busy restaurants, pubs, bistros or similar venues.
• Strong on meat, fish and protein cookery.
• Able to work efficiently during high-volume service.
• Excellent preparation, organisation and time-management skills.
• Able to jump between sections and adapt as required.
• Care about quality, presentation and consistency.
• Team player with a positive, no-drama attitude.
• Pride in keeping a clean, organised, professional kitchen.
• Understand great hospitality is about the whole team working together.
