Hideki Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking enthusiastic Chefs & Cooks to join our team, delivering Japanese-inspired cuisine under award-winning chefs. You will cook and present a variety of high-quality dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and mentor junior staff.

We value sushi/sashimi experience and formal culinary training, with a focus on teamwork, time management and impeccable food safety. If you share a passion for gastronomy, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef or Cook in a reputable hospitality establishment with Sushi/Sashimi experience.
• Formal culinary qualification or training such as Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods and presentation.
• Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

What you'll be doing
