Job summary

AMG Search Limited in Liverpool is seeking an experienced wealth planning advisor to build trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients, delivering tailored retirement, investment and tax planning recommendations.

You will collaborate with Investment Managers and Professional Services, lead client meetings, manage a new-business pipeline, and ensure records are accurate and compliant while upholding the highest regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualified or above, ideally Chartered
• Proven experience advising new and existing clients on a fee basis
• Strong technical knowledge across retirement, IHT, tax efficiency and investment
• Ability to analyse client information and make suitable, compliant recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain advice processes clearly
• A strong client service ethic and the ability to win new business through referrals and introductions
• Good organisation, with the ability to prioritise and work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings and make tailored recommendations covering retirement planning, investments, inheritance tax and tax efficiency
• Regular reviews to keep each client's strategy aligned with circumstances and goals
• Work closely with in-house Investment Managers and Professional Services colleagues to deepen client relationships and create new business opportunities
• Manage your new business pipeline and keep client records accurate and compliant, while maintaining high professional standards
