Job summary

Kinetic is Australia and New Zealand’s leading mass transit bus operator. We are seeking a Charter & Contracts Sales Manager to nurture a growing sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, including the Gold Coast and Hinterland, and to lead a small, high‑achieving team.

You will manage relationships with charter and private contract clients, identify new markets, develop quotes and proposals, and contribute to budgets and contract expectations while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, tourism, events or charter/contract sales preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.

We are seeking a vibrant and professional Sales Manager who has the drive and motivation to nurture a successful sales portfolio across South-East Queensland, along with developing new business and managing a small, high achieving team.

What you will do:

• Manage relationships with key charter and private contract clients, building on existing contracts and identifying opportunities for growth

Ideally you will come from a similar role with experience in transport, tourism, events, or charter/contract sales, however we are open to hearing from exceptional candidates who have transferrable skills. Additionally, you will have:
