Job summary

As a Truck Driver at Lifeline Queensland you will support our distribution centre operations by collecting donations, delivering stock to shops, and ensuring paperwork is accurate daily. You will supervise offsiders and keep vehicles clean and roadworthy, while adhering to Queensland road rules and timeframes.

This physically demanding role requires fitness for lifting and walking, availability Monday to Friday, and a commitment to our Not‑For‑Profit packaging benefits.

Qualifications

• Holding a valid MR licence and ability to drive a truck.
• Physically fit for lifting, standing and walking tasks.
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to safety practices and road rules compliance.

Responsibilities

• Pick up donations from bins and Lifeline shops.
• Deliver stock to Lifeline shops and premises.
• Unload vehicles and keep the area clean and tidy.
• Record paperwork accurately on a daily basis.
• Maintain vehicles and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Supervise offsiders in the truck.
• Adhere to Queensland road rules and timeframes.
