Overview

Change & Training Manager – 12 Month Contract | Darwin

Contract: 12 months

Location: Darwin

We are seeking a Change & Training Manager for a 12-month contract based in Darwin. The role will lead the delivery, implementation and management of organisational change and training strategies to support a large-scale ICT transformation.

At SRA, we maintain a dedicated and professional Placement Services team to ensure you are well looked after. We are suppliers to Commonwealth and State Government departments as well as being able to place resources into enterprise organisations in all industries. We are not a recruitment agency, we are a professional services firm with over 30 years' experience in ICT consulting across Australia and internationally. We know what staff on project teams require to be successful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational change, communications and training strategies.
  • Manage the design, delivery and evaluation of change and training initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support change and training teams.
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on effectiveness of change and training activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management, communications, and training delivery on large ICT programs or projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver effective change and training frameworks.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and building capability.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
Desirable
  • Qualifications in Change Management (eg, Prosci), Training, or related field.
  • Experience delivering change, engagement, or systems training in ICT transformations.
