Job summary

Department of Treasury & Finance in Adelaide is seeking a Change Analyst to support the Finance Reform Program as it replaces the Masterpiece system with Oracle Fusion and modernises finance operations.

You will lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and training to build readiness, confidence and adoption across agencies.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impacts and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support change activities that enable successful transition to the new Financial Management System.
• Assess and document business impacts across agencies and stakeholder groups.
• Deliver communication, engagement and training initiatives that build readiness and adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and partner with stakeholders to identify effective change solutions.
• Provide practical change advice that supports decision-making and program outcomes.
• Evaluate change outcomes and drive continuous improvement across deployment activities.
