This hybrid role balances rigorous financial control with pace of a scale‑up, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the board and founders.

You will build financial models for fundraising, support capital raises, and implement scalable systems while mentoring a small finance team as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience enabling fundraising and investor reporting.
• Strong budgeting and FP&A skills in startup/scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financials, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Develop models to support fundraising and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with founders on capital raises and investor reporting.
• Implement scalable financial systems and controls as the company grows.
• Mentor a small finance team over time.
