Job summary

Visiting Angels Brighton is seeking a caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our local in-home care team. You will support clients with daily living activities, mobility, personal care, and medication reminders in the Brighton area and surrounding neighborhoods.

We offer flexible scheduling across Full Time, Part Time, 8‑12 hour shifts, PRN and Overnight options, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
