ACR Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Qualified Tradesman to join our team in Sutherland, NSW. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration services across the region, including installation, maintenance, and customer support.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III or equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, with a valid refrigerant license and OLP certificate, and have proven trade experience.

Qualifications

• Current Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Trade Qualification (Certificate III or equivalent)
• Valid refrigeration license and Ozone Layer Protection (OLP) License
• Proven experience as an air conditioning and refrigeration tradesman
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and specialised equipment
• Understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Responsabilités

• Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics to identify issues
• Handle refrigerant recovery, recycling and recharging per regulations
• Troubleshoot complex system malfunctions using diagnostic tools
• Provide advice on system upgrades, maintenance schedules and energy savings
• Work safely at heights and in confined spaces per health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and mentor apprentices or junior staff
