Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten in Sydney, NSW is seeking an entry-level trainee to begin a rewarding career in Early Childhood Education. You will work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development while learning to create safe, engaging environments.

This full-time trainee position offers mentoring from leaders and peers, with study toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and ongoing support to help you shine in the early learning sector.

Qualifications

• A valid Working with Children Check.
• National child safety training (Gecko).
• Availability to work full time.
• No prior experience required – positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• School leavers encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development alongside experienced educators.
• Help create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments.
• Contribute to daily routines, play experiences and meaningful interactions with children.
