Job summary

Thrive Early Learning Centres in Waterloo, NSW, is seeking a Certificate III Educator to join our Thrive room team and support young learners in a caring, inclusive environment.

You will work with experienced educators to deliver programs, record observations, and help with daily routines while upholding safety and the Early Years Learning Framework.

All applicants must have a Certificate III, a current Working with Children Check, and a commitment to Thrive's CARE values.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards it.
• Working with Children Check current in NSW
• Food safety and hygienic handling knowledge
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Ability to work in a team and follow guidance

Responsibilities

• Contribute to planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to EYLF
• Record observations of children to support program planning
• Implement daily care routines and maintain a safe, healthy environment
• Support inclusion of children with additional needs and diverse backgrounds
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Follow Thrive policies and relevant safety requirements
