Job summary

Milieu Early Education & Care – Oak Flats NSW is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Certificate III Trainee Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to earn while you learn and complete your Certificate III.

You will build warm relationships, support play-based learning, assist with development and documentation, and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment. Applicants must enrol in Certificate III and have NSW WWCC eligibility; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to enrol in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or eligible.
• Prepared to complete required child protection and safety training.
• First Aid/CPR training, where required.

Responsibilities

• Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families and educators.
• Support engaging play-based learning experiences.
• Assist with children’s learning, development and documentation.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Support children’s agency, wellbeing and individual needs.
• Work in accordance with EYLF V2.0, NQF, NQS and service policies.
