UnitingCare Galston Early Learning Centre is offering a full-time Traineeship in Early Learning. You will study while gaining hands-on experience and contribute to high-quality education and care for children from birth to five years, including a preschool program.

You will rotate through activities that support development, participate in learning frameworks, and grow within a warm, inclusive team that values diversity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• No previous qualifications of Certificate 3 in Early Learning
• Be passionate about working with children of all ages
• You’ll be adaptable, empathetic and resourceful, and align with Uniting’s values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative, and bold.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing in this role

As a Trainee, you will be allowed to study while gaining valuable experience in the Early Learning field. You’ll learn to provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework!
