Somerville Kindergarten is a not-for-profit, community-based sessional kindergarten offering quality early childhood education in a warm and welcoming environment. We have one group of 3-year-olds and two groups of 4-year-olds, supported by a small, passionate teaching team of six.

Position Details

We are seeking a Certificate III Educator to join our team. The role is part-time, working 25.5 hours per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities and Requirements

We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic Cert III Educator to join our small, community-based team starting Term 1 2026. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and Child Safe Standards, be confident in creating inclusive, play-based and open-ended learning environments.
