Savills Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Retail Manager for a 12‑month maternity leave contract in Adelaide. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day retail management of a CBD asset, ensuring high standards and maximising value for the owner.

Qualifications

• Property admin or management experience in retail or commercial assets.
• Strong organisation and time management with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist Centre manager in day-to-day operations and asset performance.
• Conduct centre walks and engage tenants to resolve issues.
• Support leasing transactions and retail mix initiatives to maximise occupancy.
• Monitor retailer performance, sales trends and centre outcomes.
• Administer leases, rental reviews and tenant charges per lease obligations.
• Prepare reporting, budgets and recommendations for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance, risk management and operational best practice.
• Collaborate with Centre Management to drive results for the owner.
