Job summary

Vicinity Centres is seeking a Marketing Executive to deliver tactical marketing activity across its centre's marketing objectives and enhance customer experience in the Bankstown Sydney trade area. You will execute localised campaigns, develop creative briefs, support content production, and activate national programs in line with the Vision Strategy and Action Plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing with results-driven execution.
• Experience delivering events and campaigns across channels.
• Experience in retail/shopping centre marketing.
• Event planning and on-site management skills.
• Campaign development from briefing to execution.
• Experience producing marketing content for engagement touchpoints.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand local customer insights to tailor asset segment programs and centre marketing strategies.
• Implement social and digital activity with monitoring and reporting.
• Plan and project manage events, campaigns and activations with logistics.
• Support ESG strategy locally with community relationships and data reporting.
• Provide budgeting support including invoices, POs and forecasts.
• Prepare creative briefs and local content aligned to objectives and programs.
• Maintain retailer relationships and reporting for engagement and openings.
• Support customer experience through service desk assistance and issue resolution.
