Job summary

Randstad is seeking a dedicated Centre Manager for Sydney's Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. The role involves overseeing daily centre operations, staff oversight, budgeting, and proactive parent communication to support children's holistic development.

The successful candidate will lead educators, design engaging activities, ensure child safety, and uphold EYLF/NQS standards while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience in the industry.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Recent Child Protection Training/Safeguarding and First Aid Certificate (incl. asthma & anaphylaxis) or willingness to obtain.
• Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Deep understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
• Australian unrestricted working rights.

Various purpose-built centres located in Sydney are on the hunt for dedicated Centre Managers to join their team as soon as possible.

• Full-time Centre Manager Bondi (Maternity Leave Cover with an opportunity to become permanent)

The Role

As a Centre Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
• Lead, coach, and empower a team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence.
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.

About You
