Qualifications

• A Growth Mindset.

• Proficiency in fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• A minimum of a Diploma.
• Full First Aid and CPR.
• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and QKLG.
• Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card.
• Understanding of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements.
