Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, National Regulations and EYLF.
• Proven ability to foster positive centre culture and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support educators and centre leaders.
• Create a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Ensure high-quality educational programs and practices.
• Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework.
• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.
• Monitor occupancy, financial performance and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement across the service.
• Undertake the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor.
