About The Role
As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a high-performing retail shopping district. A typical day will see you coordinating with the leasing manager, liaising with retail brands, and overseeing tradespeople to ensure facilities are running at a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure tenants' needs are being met to a high standard
• Investigate maintenance issues and determine actions required (problem-solving) to resolve the issues.
• Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and where authorised, issue purchase orders to carry out repairs
• Fact-finding - obtain product information, costs, availability, compare options
• Ensure any works at the Centre are conducted by authorised contractors and are carried out in accordance with centre policies and procedures, WHS and Work Safe requirements.
