Little Stars Early Learning & Kindergarten Warragul is seeking a proactive Centre Manager to lead the Warragul centre, shaping the culture, operations and educational outcomes.

You will partner with an experienced Operations Team, recruit and develop a capable staff group, and establish a strong reputation for quality care in the local community. The role requires ACECQA-approved qualifications and proven leadership in early childhood settings.

Qualifikationen

• ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience as a Centre Manager, Centre Director or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.

As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership, performance and success of the Warragul centre. Working closely with the Operations Team, you will play a key role in preparing the centre for opening, building a capable and engaged team, welcoming families and establishing a reputation for quality early childhood education within the Warragul community.

Key responsibilities

Lead, inspire and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional education and care.

Establish a positive, supportive and accountable team culture.

Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.

Drive enrolments, occupancy growth and family engagement.

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, and child safety requirements.

Oversee daily centre operations, including staffing, rostering, budgets and financial performance.

Champion continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to achieve centre goals and performance targets.

About you

An ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.

Demonstrated experience as a Centre Manager, Centre Director or in a similar leadership position.

Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations.

Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team.

Sound understanding of occupancy, staffing, rostering and centre financial performance.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to take ownership.

Current Working with Children Check and relevant First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Required child protection and other mandatory training, or willingness to complete these before commencement.
