Job summary

Apollo Villages is launching a new early education centre in Burpengary, Brisbane's northern corridor. You will lead the opening, establishing a 145‑place service focused on safety, quality, and wellbeing for children from infancy through school readiness.

Your role builds a high‑performing team of Educators, fosters strong family and community ties, and upholds rigorous child-safety practices while planning for extended hours as the service grows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Proven leadership experience in a centre setting.
• Strong knowledge of child-safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and successful establishment of our new centre.
• Build and mentor your own team of passionate Educators.
• Oversee daily operations with a strong focus on child safety and wellbeing.
• Create a warm, inclusive, high-quality learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with families and the community.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold the NQF.
• Support the centre’s future evolution, including possible extended hours.
