Lead the Launch of our New Early Childhood Centre – Opening January 2026

Are you an inspiring and experienced leader in early childhood education? We're looking for a passionate Centre Director to come onboard as soon as possible to help shape something truly special.

Opening in January 2026, we’re currently creating an Early Childhood Centre that is thoughtfully designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. As our Centre Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing the centre’s culture, building a passionate team, and ensuring we provide exceptional care and education from day one.The expected start date for this role is October 2025.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a strong foundation in early childhood education, a passion for leadership, and a commitment to creating inclusive, values-based learning environments.

  • Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care is essential.

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a Director or leadership role within an early learning setting.

  • Assessment & Rating Expertise: Confident and capable in navigating the Assessment and Rating process with a deep understanding of quality improvement.

  • Planning & Documentation: A solid grasp of the Cycle of Planning and the ability to document and support children’s learning effectively.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of the National Quality Standard (NQS), National Quality Framework (NQF), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

  • Current Certifications: Hold valid certifications in First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, as well as a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.

  • Faith-Based Commitment: A genuine willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment of the centre. You’ll be expected to uphold and contribute to the Religious Education Framework as part of our holistic approach to care and learning.
