Goodstart Fernvale is seeking a Centre Director to lead our team of educators and drive the day-to-day operation of the centre in Fernvale, Queensland. Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
• Experience leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
• Experience delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage.
• Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.
• Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing knowledge and fostering reflective practice.
• Plan for the future of the centre, build attendance and maintain a revenue-generating business.
