Job summary

Kidscape Early Learning Centre Caboolture is seeking an enthusiastic Centre Director to lead and grow our boutique early learning service. You will drive quality care, mentor a dedicated team, and engage with families to deliver outstanding learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for early childhood education, and a commitment to professional learning within a supportive provider environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualification required.
• Working with Children Checks, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Police Checks etc. (as applicable).
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the centre and set strategic direction.
• Mentor and develop teaching and support staff.
• Support families and community involvement.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework and Regulations.
• Uphold Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Guidelines.

Kidscape Early Learning Centre Caboolture is a Early Learning facility catering for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

The service will feature:

Spacious indoor/outdoor play spaces that have been designed to suit the needs of children from 6 weeks to 5 years.

Feature impressive learning environments with open ended resources that create endless learning possibilities, complimented by natural, sustainable and inspiring environments, with a range of engaging and explorative play spaces will be a child’s dream.

You will be supported by a boutique Operations Team and a very supportive Approved Provider.

We prefer youto have some operational experience and be an advocate for the highest quality care and education for our children, whilst supporting families and the local community.

Relevant qualifications and certificates required including:

Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor qualifications, Working with Children Checks, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Police Checks etc… and relevant experience preferred.

Skill sets required:

Time management and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A commitment to best practice and early years learning

Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.

An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.

An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
