Location: Georges Hall, NSW
Licensed Capacity: 57 places
Hourly Rate: Based on experience (aligned to WT 6A.1 – 6.9)

Busy Bees at Georges Hall is a welcoming 57-place service with bright, open-plan learning spaces and beautiful outdoor areas. We are proud to offer a multicultural, inclusive, and community-focused environment where children, families, and educators thrive together.

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead with purpose and professionalism. Whether you are already a confident Service Manager or a 2IC ready to step up into leadership, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and financial performance

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs

  • Foster strong and respectful partnerships with families and the local community

  • Ensure adherence to NQS, EYLF, and regulatory requirements

  • Collaborate closely with your Area Director to drive enrolments and strategic goals

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared success

What You’ll Need
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-recognised)

  • Previous experience in a Centre Director, Service Manager, or 2IC role

  • In-depth understanding of the NQS, EYLF, and Education and Care Services National Law

  • Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and team leadership skills

  • A proactive, collaborative, and child-centred mindset
