BFS Children's Services on Reynolds Street Early Learning is hiring a Centre Cook to prepare healthy meals for children aged 0-5. This permanent, part-time role offers Monday to Friday, 27 hours per week with a menu tailored to little palates and aligned with dietary guidelines.

Right now, we’re looking for a Cook to join the team at Reynolds Street Early Learning. As the Cook, you will prepare healthy, yummy food for children aged 0-5. You'll have the freedom to adapt a menu that caters to children's pallets while providing nutritious and healthy meals aligned with the recommendations from the Australian Dietary Guidelines.

This is a permanent, part timing position, working Monday to Friday, 27 hours per week.

What you need to succeed

• A current Working with Children Check (this is needed for anyone who works or volunteers in child-related work in NSW)
• Qualifications in Menu Planning and Nutrition
• Must hold a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or be willing to obtain one with our support
• Commitment to making sure the children in our care are safe and healthy
• Dedication to improving the lives and minds of children, families, and the community
• A fun-loving attitude and big smile!
