Centre Administrator | Lucknow
Brand-new 88-place centre opening November 2026
If you’re the person who keeps everything moving, knows what needs to happen next and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team, this could be your role.
As Centre Administrator at Journey Early Learning Lucknow, you’ll join the founding Centre Leadership Team and play a central role in bringing our new centre to life.
Be the operational heartbeat of something new.
Journey Early Learning Lucknow is a brand-new 88-place, five-room centre opening in November 2026.
This isn’t a traditional front-desk administration role.
You’ll sit at the heart of centre operations, supporting your Centre Manager, helping families navigate their Journey experience and making sure the systems behind the centre run smoothly.
From workforce administration and rosters through to reporting, family communication and operational coordination, your work helps give the Centre Leadership Team the information and organisation it needs to make good decisions.
More than reception.
As Centre Administrator, you’ll support areas including:
You’ll also work alongside the Centre Manager, Educational Leader and Early Childhood Teacher as part of Lucknow’s Centre Leadership Team.
You’ll have an ecosystem around you.
You’ll work closely with your Centre Manager while also connecting directly with Journey’s specialist Support Office partners across areas including:
The focus is partnership.
When something requires specialist knowledge, you’ll have people to connect with rather than being expected to work everything out alone.
What you’ll bring
Childcare administration experience is welcomed, but it doesn’t have to be where your experience comes from.
We’d like to hear from candidates with strong administration or coordination experience from environments such as early childhood, education, healthcare, allied health, professional services, schools, community services or other busy customer-facing workplaces.
More important is that you bring:
Why Journey?
At Journey, the Centre Administrator is part of the broader leadership structure of the centre, not simply an administrative function sitting alongside it.
You’ll work closely with your Centre Manager and Centre Leadership Team, while being connected to Journey’s broader ecosystem of specialist Support Office partners.
Through Journey Academy and wider opportunities across the organisation, you’ll also have the opportunity to continue building your capability and career.
At Lucknow, you’ll get to do that while helping establish a completely new centre from the beginning.
Ready to be at the centre of something new?
If you’re an organised, capable administrator who likes being the person people can rely on, we’d love to hear from you.
Join the founding team and help bring Journey Early Learning Lucknow to life.
