Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Group is seeking a dedicated Concrete Batcher for our Central Coast NSW operations. This full-time role supports multiple plants, with variable start times and overtime on weekends as needed.

You will batch and load company fleet for delivery, maintain quality control and plant upkeep, and help manage stock levels while upholding Zero Harm principles. Training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities across Hymix Australia sites.

Qualifications

• Valid HR licence is required.
• Front End Loader ticket is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage batching and loading of company fleet for delivery to customers.
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.
• Quality control and plant maintenance.
• Look after the yard and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and order raw materials to meet daily production requirements.
