Job description

The Randall Wine Group has significant vineyard holdings across most growing regions in South Australia. The largest producer of luxury bulk wine, we are also famous for our wine brands, Penny’s Hill Wines in McLaren Vale, Gemtree Wines in McLaren Vale and Seppeltsfield Wines in the Barossa.

Seppeltsfield was established in 1851 in the Barossa Valley by Joseph and Johanna Seppelt, just 15 years after the European settlement of South Australia. About the Position

We are recruiting for additional casual Cellar Door Assistants with availability to work regularly across a 7 day roster, based at our Award winning Seppeltsfield Cellar Door.

The team are ambassadors for our brand.

The purpose of the role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve wine sales through delivering a high standard of service and wine education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing professional and friendly service to customers
  • Hosting wine tastings, private experiences and estate tours
  • Sharing product and brand information to guests
  • Maintaining the presentation of the cellar door
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales revenue targets
  • Support the delivery of events on site as required
About You

We are looking for the very best people who have enthusiasm and flair, coupled with a positive and vibrant approach. Excellent communication skills and good wine knowledge (or a willingness to learn) is a must.

Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate is essential.
