Job summary

North Metropolitan Health Service seeks a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist (CDIS) on a permanent basis, to lead a team of CDI Analysts and drive documentation excellence across hospitals. You will review clinical records, mentor staff, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate coding, casemix outcomes and activity-based funding.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Clinical Documentation Improvement, including ability to review clinical records and identify documentation deficiencies.
• Ability to mentor and lead a CDI team and engage with clinicians to improve documentation quality.
