Job summary

CSA Specialised Services is seeking an experienced CCTV Operator in Queensland. You will perform CCTV inspections of sewer and stormwater networks, document results, and liaise with government and Tier 1-3 clients. The role includes a tool of trade vehicle, above award salary and superannuation, with ongoing training provided.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure safe, compliant work while delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining professionalism on every job.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CCTV camera equipment in the Sewer/Waste Water industry.
• Construction White Card.
• Confined Space Certificate.
• CCTV and/or Wincan accreditations are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hard working, reliable and ability to work unsupervised.
• Strong focus on completing the job safely and compliantly.
• Availability for shift work afternoons and nights.
• Ability to pass a Medical, Drug and Alcohol test.
• Full Australian Working Rights.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Performing daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Conducting CCTV inspections of new and existing sewer and stormwater infrastructure to identify blockages, cracks and other issues.
• Completing Job Dockets / Timesheets for each job undertaken.
• Record and report pipeline inspection results and observations.
• Maintaining professionalism and delivering high quality customer service.
• Compliance with company policies and all laws.

About the role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for undertaking the CCTV condition assessment of the sewer / storm water network.

Your professionalism and confidence in your ability will be on display whilst you deal with Tier 1-3 clients along with Government clients. This role offers an excellent remuneration package consisting of above award salary plus superannuation and a tool of trade vehicle. Training will be provided to the candidate for any areas that require upskilling.
