Join our Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP) team and help older adults regain independence and confidence after hospital care. Here, kindness, teamwork, and exceptional client care are at the heart of everything we do and so is supporting you.

As a Physiotherapist Level 1/2, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services across both our community-based (Transpac) and residential (Transitional Care Unit) programs. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate into the Woy Woy Transitional Care Unit, expanding your skills with ward-based therapy while making a meaningful impact in your community.
